Just watch the promo sub released by Umai. I’m shocked. Romeo and Juliet anime? Ahahahahahaha. Anyway, here’s some screen caps I took.

The art is okay but I kind of expect a prettier one since it’s Romeo and Juliet we’re talking about here. They should by all right be beautiful people, right? The character designs are rather plain but oh well. In case you’re wondering, the production company is Gonzo expect some 3D stuff. Hmmm…what is that place in the fourth screen cap???

And also, I’n not a Lit student or anything but in the anime, Juliet is actually fighting in some war. I didn’t know that. I thought the Juliet in the book is just some stupid, immature, pubescent girl who get married with some stranger she just met and pretend to die without telling her equally, immaturedly stupid husband which resulted in them dying wastedly together. Right?

For some reasons unknown to me, I’ve actually just submitted my drawing to deviantart.com. I called it chibi me because the characters are all, well, chibi. Here’s the link to Chibi Me. And just to give you a preview of the art, here it is:

Cute right? I doodle it and thicken the lines with fountain pen so it’s not so great. Manga utensils are very expensive….

Anyway, the characters are mine but the costumes belongs to Shigano Iori. To be exact, her manga, Kapon. I love her chibi animal drawings. I think they are just too kawai

I’m making some more chibi art. This one is Arisa-chan, my own original character. I haven’t submitted her to deviantart yet (and never will, I think). I’ve edited it with photoshop and convert it to .gif file. I did this chibi doodle with marker, pilot G-tec 0.4, and pilot hi-tecpoint VR5 can you believe it???!!! Lol

These art are all done by me, so if you’ll like to use them to colour, make into wallpaper, website designs etc, please ask my permission first! Thanks.

So I went to Vivo City tp watch that movie today. It’s my first time watching there and I’m glad to say that I’m satisfied with the theatre. It’s damn big and really cool. I don’t feel so bad anymore for not getting seats for the marathon. The movie is o–kay, I guess. Different from the manga in the most annoying way but still ok. I don’t feel so bad anymore at Raito dying in the movie like I did when he died in the manga because the actor is fugly (unlike the real Raito). Though I still think that Ryuuku is soooo mean for killing Raito. Humph. Buit how come Misa never commits suicide? I thought she loves Raito to that point of obssessiveness? Strange…

Anw, I heard that they might be re-making Death Note in Hollywood and I hope so too. Hopefully, they’ll get somone more good-looking as Raito, and maybe, follows the manga more.

Last night, I thought that there’s something wrong with my internet line again but turns out it’s because of the stupid earthquake. And I have to endure this for another 3 weeks???!!! You got to be kidding me. But oh well…

My gmail is ok though and I read a mail from Geog teach who said that she’s going to transfer school next year. That’s the thing….I haven’t done my geog h/work which actually due on the 15th. So must I still hand it in? Hopefully not.

Today is just SO chaotic. For one, I only slept for 2 hours (from 6 am to 8am) this morning and by 10, I was in school, and I’m only back home at 8 pm. Wow! My feet are very tired, and my eyes…. So I think it’s a good decision to catch the movie at a later time tomorrow.

I don’t know why but my internet is so damn slow tonight. Good thing I’m too tired to stay online for long. Tomorrow, I’ll be watching another movie, Death Note 2.

She told me to go sleep, and I think she’s right. I’m going to faint soon.

I’ve heard a long time ago about this. Actually at first I heard it’s going to be made into a dorama but a movie is fine. But I guess it will never be shown here because of the theme. It’s strange enough that it’s made into a movie. I mean, with the incest and everything. I found the link to the official website HERE. The website is super nice but the background song is just so….sad! You know right away the movie is going to be a sad one. But what can you expect from this type of story. I’ve read the manga all the way to the end so I know how it’s going to end (if the movie follows the manga loyally, that is).

But I love the manga and the OVA so I’m really looking forward to the movie

Apparently, Matsumoto Jun (from Gokusen, Hana Yori Dango, Kimi wa Petto) will be Yori and when I found that out, I was like, “Not him again!”. Haha. The one who will be Iku (Nana Eikura) is quite cute too. If you don’t know who all these characters and want to know, I’ve made a page for the manga download (note that it’s raw).

A new and improved blog for manga download updates! The other site hosted by funpic is very annoyingly slow! So I’ll use wordpress instead as it’s so user-friendly!

I’m still working on the manga download page, so it’s not ready yet. But I’ll work on it soon after Christmas! Promise! Right now I’m quite busy with manga editing for Christmas releases
